Location - Vendors and sponsors that are attending the conference will have space provided at the conference center.


Sponsorship vs. Vendors - Sponsors and vendors for KAIR  will receive the same basic accommodations at the conference based on the information provided in the previous page. If you have questions or concerns please contact Meg Sidle(MargaretSidle@upike.edu).


Space Agreement - The space rented is to be used solely by you and your name must appear on the application and contract for exhibit space. It is agreed that you will not sublet any portion of that space without the written consent of the KAIR Executive Board. You are entirely responsible for the space rented and have sole responsibility for repair and maintenance of the table rented including the sole responsibility of keeping the space free from any condition that might be dangerous to persons entering the premises.


Electrical and Internet Service - All vendors and sponsors will have access to electrical outlets and free wireless internet provided on the convention floor provided by the hotel.


RegistrationOne registration fee is included with all vendor and sponsor levels. Any additional attendees are required to pay registration fees for each individual attending the event prior to the conference. Registration includes lunch, snacks, and beverages.  Registration fees for each additional representative must be paid using the online registration form.  Name badges will be provided to both vendors and sponsors.


Payment - Payment in full is required with your signed contract to reserve your exhibit space, sponsorship and/or presentation slot.  


Shipping and Storage - If you want to ship materials in advance of the conference, please note that shipments can be delivered directly to the conference center 3 days prior to the event. No storage fees apply but please send the package to your attention and also mention “KAIR Conference”. If you need to ship any items please contact Meg Sidle(MargaretSidle@upike.edu) for the appropriate mailing address and procedure.


Security - Neither the KAIR Executive Board and its members nor the conference center or hotel will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to you from any cause whatsoever or from injuries that may occur to you or your employees.


Status of Parties - This agreement is for the mutual benefit for the exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and the KAIR Executive Board. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to define any exhibitor as an employee, agent, or independent contract of KAIR.


Cancellation - All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the KAIR Executive Board prior to March 7, 2018. All requests for cancellations and refunds will be subject to the review by the Executive Board of KAIR.
