The Best Paper Award On behalf of the Executive Board of KAIR, and the 2009 Best Paper selection committee, I would like to congratulate the University of Louisville, our 2009 KAIR Best Paper/Presentation award winner. I believe this is the second year in a row that UofL has won this award. A five member selection committee reviewed all submitted papers/presentations and found UofL’s presentation titled below as the best delivered, most comprehensive, and most relative presentation for IR professionals. Doubling the 2009 NSSE Response Rate through Targeted Marketing (PowerPoint Presentation) Along with this award, the UofL team will have the opportunity to present their presentation at the 2010 AIR Forum in Chicago.
